My moded out xbox runs on 220V, and the adapter I got from radio shack only lets it turn on for a half a sec.?
I got the xbox in Iraq. It runs on 220V so I got an adapter from radio shack. The probem is that when I try to turn it on, the green light only lights up for a sec then turns off. What can I do to make it work and or what could be wrong with it?
This sounds like a warranty issue for Microsoft, first try it with another adapter. Radio Shack may have sold you a dud.

1 is ok tho in the hidden armrest compartment to access the
plug in there, and run the antenna out but where to mount?
I mounted the antenna on the trunk lid, and ran the wire through the wireway for the license plate light wires. And just ran the wire loose when I was using a total temp setup. by the way, I got a long narrow radio and mounted it in the ashtray compartment, that way it was out of sight, but permanently mounted.

Which amp should i go with?
I just got 2 new subs that are 1200peak & 600rms a piece, so 2400peak & 1200rms total, and i was wondering which amp i should get for them? I was debating between a couple of different class d monoblock amps. Which one should I go with?? Or r there any amps better that i haven't listed?

Any of the amps you list is a good choice.
Some things you may not be aware of....
If your total system power is 1200 watts RMS or more, you will need to:
1. Upgrade the "Big 3" - that is to replace (or add to) the power wire between the battery and alternator, the ground from the battery to the chassis and the ground strap from the engine/tranny to the chassis.
2. Upgrade to a yellow top battery
3. Upgrade the alternator to a high output alternator
Failure to do this will result in the early death of the alternator as it will eventually fail.

A second battery is never a good idea as it's an added strain on the alternator to charge two batteries AND supply power for the car. The ONLY time a second battery is useful is if the audio system is to be used with the car off.
A capacitor is only good so far as the audio system isn't trying to pull too much from the electrical system. A cap doesn't provide more power, it's designed to 'stiffen' the voltage to the amp, nothing else. If the current isn't there, a cap won't help.
The alternator must have at least 20% more amperage power than the entire vehicle and sound system combined for a cap to be of benefit which is ironically the same requirements for an amp to be efficient.
