Shortwave Radio - ideal antenna for multiband listening in a car?
I am wanting to install a shortwave radio inside my vehicle, but have become lost & confused trying to figure out the best antenna to purchase or build for general DXing while in my car. I've found a lot of different whip antennas online that look like they would work, but I want to get some extra advice before purchasing one. I would appreciate a few links to websites with antennas that would fit my interest, as well as any tips anyone is willing to offer.
Again, any multiband whip antenna suggestions will be appreciated.

probably for SERIOUS low band DX'ing, I would go with the High Sierra motorized antenna. Just adjust for the best receive signal, covers 3 - 30 MHz easily, and while not able to transmit on 160 m without a capacity hat, it will receive down to 500kHz.
Next best, build a motorized antenna...
Also, check out the Buddiepole antenna system. Using loading coils, you can get nice multiband coverage.
