Why would a radio station beg listeners to patronize their sponsors?
Most radio stations I listen to just play commercials when scheduled. End of story. One, however, has blurbs asking listeners to PLEASE patronize their sponsors and mention the station when they do. I find it in poor taste and patronizing. Does this mean the station is in financial trouble?
