I use the whip for cb radio. But the 102 whip is great for 10 meter or 11 meter. it has a broad frequency range. Go to ham forums alot of hams use the 102 on their cars and trucks for ham radio. so, you did not answer my question. are you a hammer that hates cb hobbiest?

I'm really not sure what you are asking here. Did you think you were adding to your first question about mounting your antenna in a different location? If so, you didn't, you asked a second stand alone question that really makes little sense as a stand alone question. And I fail to see how you concluded the person who answered your last question was a ham radio operator that doesn't like CB users. After all, the CB band does fall in the 11 meter band, and the same antenna could be used for either application. There is no way to tell by looking.
However, if you are using it for CB, the wattage it would take is not a factor, since you won't be running over about 4 watts out.
