How to communication with ground at 200,000 ft?
I'm looking at doing a Weather Balloon Experiment, I was hoping to include a camera along with it for the sake of it. The balloon will be going possibly to 200,000 ft. I was wondering if there would be anyway for the device to transmit data/images back to a computer at home via the internet or email. I live in Australia and was wondering if there was any form of communication I could use to achieve this as I may not get the device back. I can't find anything says anyway of communicating at 200,00 ft. Just wondering if anyone has ideas.
I have looked into ideas like 3G with a internet receiver. Ham Radio, and Satellite internet but can't find anything about their specifics.
