eBay HELP! Are they cheating me?
I bought a cellphone cover for my new phone on ebay C$15 +C$6 for shipping from Minnesota to Ontario. I paid the guy using paypal. I have waited for about 5 days and no conformation from the guy, no emails or any communication and the product hasn't arrived. I think someone just cheated me, ehat do i do? The guy had good seller ratings. The same thing happened when i bought a cellphone headphone adapter with buy it now($5), it never came and never heard from the seller. Why do i have a feeling ebay is not safe? How can i get my money back?
I would report him to eBay & file a complaint thru PayPal. I know from an experience my friend had that PayPal will work with you to get your money back. After 5 days & no communication, I'd give the seller a negative rating, w/an explanation so as to warn other eBayers.
