How can I develop a Crocop style head kick?
Basically I want to be able to kick the head off anyone who insults me. I'm 6'2 and I have long legs, so I have that going for me, but I don't have much power behind my kicks.
Have you ever fckin seen crocops legs? They are like ripped tree trunks. I recomend you do squats, jumping squats, calf raises, leg extensions, leg curls. work your inner thighs as well, and work on calf presses. Allot of people work out their upper bodies only, if you want hard kicking power specially if your a muay thai style , you have to work out your legs.
