Do amateur radio hams still exchange QSL cards?
When my parents were radio hams, they delighted in sending and receiving SQL cards. Do radio hams still follow that practice? (I was never smart enough to be a ham myself).
Yes we still do paper QSL card as well as now electric qsl on websites such as EQSL and Logbook of the world. However I still love the paper qsls coming in.
Cbers, albet illegally in the US and Canada also qsl card themselves for contacts all over the world (You are not supposed to talk further than 150 miles on CB)
However what makes you so sure that you aren't smart enough for ham radio?
Many of the questions such as having to draw electrical schematics are gone and the simplest is a 35 question test and their are books for sale and download on the internet that give the questions and answers now that you study from
