Can we use photographs given in wikipedia in our in-house publication without asking anyone?

I am a journalism student. I am doing a story on HAM radios for my in-house publication. I unfortunately lost the photographs I had for my story; can I use photographs given in wikipedia to illustrate HAM radio in my story? It's not a commercial publication, but for private circulation only. If I cannot use wikipedia's photos, can I use any other site's photograph?

Just click on the photo you are interested in using and it will bring up the page about the photo including the licensing information. Read it and see if allows you to do what you are trying to do. The licensing varies from photo to photo.
